SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery in India:

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders valid on every product. Once the order is received, we take around 21 days to carefully comstruct each design and dispatch it. However, we can always expedite the process of the order if required. The same must be informed to us via message or call ( +91 6393145912). In few locations, the delivery may take longer, depending on the accessibility of the location. Once the order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

International shipping:
For international orders, a standard shipping fee of INR 4000 is chargeable.
No cash on delivery available for international orders.

Label Iris shall not be liable for any delay/non-delivery of purchased goods by flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond control of Label Iris. In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e., wrong name, address or contact number) any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be claimed by the user placing the order.
