We do not offer any exchange or return on customized orders.
We can only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions –
An incorrect product has been shipped to you, that is, the product does not match your item in the order confirmation email.
If the product you receive is damaged or faulty.
If there are any other reasons leading to a return of the product (wrong shipping address entered or no one to take delivery despite repeated attempts), we will treat it on its merit on a case-by-case basis. Please write to us at within 7 days of the delivery.

All the products should be returned with the tags intact & in their original packaging, in an unwashed & undamaged condition.
Once you return is received and inspected, you’ll receive a confirming email for your return. If you’re approved, then your amount will be credited in your Iris account wallet within 7-15 working days.
Products that are bought in sale are non-refundable. The re-delivery costs shall be claimed by the user placing the order.

  • We can only process size exchanges for standard sizes of the same outfit, provided we are informed about it within 48 hrs of the customer receiving the outfit


If you would like to cancel your order, kindly get in touch with us within 24 hours of placing the order If 24 hours go by since your purchase, you’ll not be able to cancel your order or get a refund. If your cancellation is approved, then your refund will be processed in the same mode as received within 7-15 working days.
